Looking for some help with some blood work,

LH-0.3
FSH-0.3
Estra-5.8
SHBG-32.8
all Labcorp
also had a Prolactin level done in May of this year at 42.8 but have been on Cabergoline for years thru Defy medical, and had an MRI done on pituitary and nothing abnormal. I also had a Quest lab come back with prolactin of 17, in August of this year and not sure which one to go by.

Some more information is needed before I jump to my usual conclusion that you are being overdosed on testosterone and being giving additional medication to address the side effects.

What is your TRT protocol? What is your cabergoline dose? When were the labs taken relative to the previous dose of testosterone? Do you have a pre-treatment measurement of prolactin? Units and normal ranges help with interpreting lab results. Does "Estra" mean"estradiol". Is it really 5.8 pg/mL? That would be considered "crashed", way too low both as an absolute number and especially relative to testosterone. It would often imply excessive aromatase inhibition.

What was your testosterone like before treatment? What was your starting dose, and were there adjustments along the way? What are your subjective results like compared to pre-treatment? Libido? Sexual function?
