Hello guys,

I am trying to eliminate confusion and stress at my doctors office and wanted to get LabCorp #’s for my doctors email requests. Lately the LabCorp facility I use has been confused on the prescriptions written and I have been wanting to get a consistent blood drawn report when I go in. Below is normally what I ask for but with a few tests which I grabbed from this forum are quest codes which they couldn’t covert. I was wondering if anyone could assist in helping me complete my lab request list. Also if you see anything I have left out please feel free to let me know so I can add to this list, thank you.

Note: I removed thyroid panel because the last few months it showed to be quite normal.

Thank you!

CAH Profile 6 I was a Test I read somewhere on this forum that should be included.

Antibodies was the thyroid, and is there a panel for all thyroid tests in 1 code?

Just google the test name plus Labcorp and you will see the code. No brainer.

@Nelson Vergel thank you! I did not think it was going to be that simple. But I believe I completed my list of the important follow up blood work for my doctor to eliminate confusion when sent to the LabCorp facility. Hope this helps others too.

If you think there is anything important I left out please let me know.
