Background
I have taken Finasteride for about 10 years, starting in my early 20s.
For all this time I have had a miserable life with all the classical low test symptoms but I was always afraid to get tested. I have done also some really mild aas cycle during these years with always pct included.
I am now in mid 30s, quit Finasteride about 2 years ago, I feel a little bit better but low test symptoms still persists. I really can't imagine how low my test levels were before.
Diet and supplementation is optimal.
In the end I have finally decided to get tested and these are results.

Total Test 3.35 ng/ml (335 ng/dl)
Free Test 8.6 pg/ml
Beta Estradiol <20

So, what to do now? Try to raise test with HCG/Clomid threapy or go straight on Trt?
I badly need counseling about what to do as I live in an area with really few/no trt specialists.

If you can get a lab for LH & FSH, that will help with understanding what route to go (HCG, Clomid or exogenous test). I would wager a small amount that you're secondary (low LH/FSH values), but it's just speculation without BW. Let us know ...

I've got new, updated labs:
Testosterone Total 291 ng/dl
FHS 5,75 RR 1,5 - 12,4
(LH) 2,20 mUI/ml 1,7 - 8,6
S.H.B.G. 23,2 nmol/l 13 - 71
Albumin 4,6 gr/dl 3.5 - 5.2
Prolactin 5,6 ng/ml 4,04 - 15,2
TSH 3,060 μUI/ml 0,27 - 4,2
Cortisol 179,8 ng/ml
Blood taken at 8.25 am
Libido almost absent, chronic fatigue and brainfog. I'm really struggling because I can't find a decent doctor in the area where I live (Northern Italy).
