Would like some help with blood test results

I need some help determine the best path forward with my blood tests. I’m male 33 active(lift 4-5 days a week). Generally eat healthy(85% of the time). Don’t drink sodas/don’t really snack/ no sweets.

I was first tested for low test when I was around 20-21 and my results were around 275, life got in the way mixed with a doctor that didn’t really do anything for it, I’ve retested twice in the last two years, both under 300. I had my last blood work recently and wanted some help on if I should pursue trt. I believe this has been going on for before I was 20-21. Lack of motivation/energy. Concentration/memory problems, irritable and just generally have no emotion.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
