Back Ache with ED drugs WHY?

I have been experimenting with various ED drugs and they all give me back aches that last for days. Viagra, Cialis, and a new one Stendra. Even at as little as 5mg It is not worth the back ache for me. any pointers?

That PDE5 enzyme that it acts on that enzyme is also located in the lower back. I went to using PDE5i's only when needed, none of the daily stuff.

I take daily cialis 0,25-0,5mg and after 5 days the pain went away.
