Legal to Import Prescription Drugs to the US?

So i have been doing my research on this and i cannot seem to find a concrete answer. I have been through FDA sites and various threads on multiple forums.

Drugs in question: Test E/C, HCG, SERMS like Clomid and Nolvadex, AI, ED meds like Cialis, Viagra

I am not trying to do a AAS cycyle. I got recently diagnosed with low Test and I am trying to find the best price of the medication i need.(Eg: Empower sells HCG for $90 while i can get the same from foreign pharmarcy for $20-25)

1. Is it legal to buy above drugs from foreign pharmacies when you have a prescription? If yes, then i can ask my doc to give me prescription and then i can order from foreign pharmacy like reliablerx, safemeds4all
2. Most foreign pharmacies don't even ask for prescription, So what to do if it gets held at customs or you get inquired about it.

I know most of you have had no problem ordering meds form foreign pharmacies but i just want to know what legal/illegal in USA.

If a foreign pharmacy doesn't require a Rx, then they are not a legitimate pharmacy. If you order from Canada, and are wanting drugs from a legitimate pharmacy, make sure the pharmacy is listed on the CIPA website. I do not believe you are allowed to fill prescriptions for controlled substances from outside the US.
