Anyone Seeing SHBG Increasing With Frequent, Small Injections?

I never said I felt bad the entire 8 months, I said I didn't notice "major changes" until 8 months. I started feeling better mentality at 6 weeks but was mostly mental, it took 7 months for my muscles to start getting hard and in turn allowed my fatigue to start lifting. Most of my symptoms were physical, muscle pain, fatigue, brain fog, concentration issues and missing libido. A lot of guys just don't have any patience and quit early, then they go back on trt and start the whole healing process over again. You can't just get your hormones in range and all of a sudden start feeling better, your tissues have to be repaired and that takes time.

It has taken me about a year to get the true full benefits of TRT. By full I mean confidence is now daily vs every few days. Libido is now more solid instead of coming and going as it pleased. Anxiety is managed, as well as stress. Began losing that extra weight in the middle section of my body. Muscles have become more defined and solid. I dont work out though, my job is rather strenuous itself. Switching to EOD injections seems to have kicked TRT into high gear for me as well. I still deal with fatigue, but this is a sleep issue, not TRT related.

Thyroid meds increased mine by about 33% - 14.5 to 19.3 - in a very short amount of time. Going to daily injections had virtually no effect on SHBG for me.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
