This guys podcast has been nothing short of amazing. As far as learning new "hacks" to improve performance, learning, cognition.

He's a neuroscientist at Standford. He introduces things such as the physiological sigh to calm anxiety in real time.

I learned that cooling the palms, face and bottom of feet during workouts cools our core and enables us to do way more in terms of strength and endurance. Because of the vasculature in these areas.

Each month he has a new topic such as hormones, skill learning, sleep, performance, ect...Check it out if your interested in fact base tips!
