Alprostadil topical cream?

I read about a cream years ago and it sounded like a nice option if opposed to bimix or trimix injections.

Shots have been incredibly successful for me but I occasionally hit a bit of scar tissue or just the wrong spot and it is a little painful or not effective. Has anyone seen any updates or have experience with a topical cream?
