Advice: Blood Test Results High Cholesterol

I'm 38 years old. I've been on TRT for about 2 years now. I only take 100mg of test cypionate 1x/week. My lab numbers are high and my cholesterol is through the roof. I'm worried I'm doing something wrong.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Since you LDL AND triglycerides are high, this tells me that your diet needs fixing. Lower sweets and alcohol consumption. Increase proteins, good fats and exercise.

No issues yet, and Im 1 year in, but Ive read that TRT causes skewered lipids in almost everyone on TRT. has this been the case for you? if so, what did you do for it?

I stopped drinking a year ago. In the last Month I have removed flour in the form of bread, pasta, cereal, and processed snacks. I am getting consistent exercise in as well.

I am taking Niacin as well for help my cholesterol. I will check back in a few weeks with update blood labs.
