6 week lab results, would love some feedback

I received my 6 week lab results (attached) after starting my TRT protocol. Was started on 150mg test cyp subq split up on M, W, F. Doc said to take 0.5mg anastrozole "as needed" but not to exceed more than 0.5mg per week. This lab was actually taken at peak (Tuesday afternoon after Monday morning injection) and I hadn't taken an AI for a couple weeks, trying to not use it unless absolutely necessary.

I felt fine but was not really getting the recovery and strength in the gym I was hoping for.

Doc said I could increase to 0.3ml x 3 but would need to increase AI. After doing some reading, it looks like my SHBG is on the low side, so I may be one of those that requires higher doses than normal to "feel good"? I did increase to the 0.3ml x 3 (180mg/week) and feel better on a whole, but some ED has snuck in so I'm trying to determine what AI dosage will work best.

Any feedback would be welcome, I take new labs in a couple weeks and will know more then.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
