4 week labs

Hi guys,

Been on TRT 4wks now and just had some labs done to see where im at. I take Tcyp 50mg (2xwk) in shoulder and 170iu hcg (2xwk) in stomach and no AI used. I inject Tcyp+hcg tue morning and fri evening alternating left and right sides. I have had total of 8 injections before labs. I did my tue a.m. inject then draw thur afternoon. I realize now I should have waited another day before draw.

Total T >1500 (348

Total T >1500 (348-1197), Free T direct 33.4 (6.8-21.5), Estradiol 51.4 (7.6-42.6). This is the wrong E test but its what my insurance pays for. I will get sensitive E test from discountlabs next time.
Doc is a little concerned and wants me lower on T range. She originally recommended I do 200mg once per wk but after educating myself here I started at 50mg 2xwk instead. She wants me to lower dose and retest In 4wks.
I am feeling great, clear mind, better energy, great workouts. Much stronger in the gym. Sleeping deeper and vivid dreams. I didn't have any sexual issues before and none now except more horny.
Do you guys think waiting 1 more day for labs would have made a big difference in numbers? I'm not sure best thing to do. I have AI (adex) on hand but have not taken any, no symptoms as of yet.

You want to test your T on the day of your shot but before the shot. Depending upon how fast your body goes through it, waiting another day may have had you under 1197. I would do another test to be sure before adjusting the dose. 100mg per week is a basic standard dose and it is already only half of what your doc wanted you on. Don't take any Adex unless you have symptoms. Do the ultra sensitive E2 test at the same time.
