New labs

Hi all,

Went in for my 4 wk labs. These were taken on last fri before injection so this would be a trough measurement. As a reminder, I inject 5omg T and 170iu hcg on tue a.m. and fri p.m. Doc wanted me more in range on estrogen so I took .25mg a-dex Thursday evening about 7pm then had blood draw fri at noon. Total T:964 (348-1197), Free T: 23.2 (6.8-21.5), Estradiol: 13.2 (7.6-42.6) this is not the sensitive E but its what my insurance pays for. My last E test I was at 53.2. Doc was happy so I'm good to go. I feel good also. I was surprised the .25mg a-dex reduced my E that much in 18hrs but the blood don't lie. Thanks for a great forum that we can all learn from :D

Your numbers look good! More important, you feel good! That is the best indicator.

Careful your E2 dosen't go too low...The standard test typically overstates the number so 23.2 on the standard is likely to show up single digits on the Ultra Sensitive.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
