It's been awhile since I posted labs or updates. I have labs from 9/4/19 and 3/12/20 to compare.
At the time of labs I was taking:
36mg test cyp eod
240iu hcg eod (9/4/19) --> 400iu eod (3/12/20)
0.125mg anastrozole eod (9/4/19) --> 0 (3/12/20)
25mg DHEA
5mg tadalifil
iron supplement
Here are...
My fitbit tells me that my resting heart rate is typically in the range of 55. Every time I make a change to my dose (up or down) or frequency, my resting heart rate goes up to the 70's for a few weeks then returns to normal.
Its super soft and half the diameter of all the others I have seen. I inject eod so it gets lots of holes. I have a hanging setup that I hang my vial from with the syringe dangling to fill up while I do other things. My syringe fell out 2 times in the first couple weeks of the vial. I stopped...
I use a 30g 5/16" insulin syringe for my hcg from empower. It is very stiff rubber, however I like it way way way better than the sun pharma test cyp vial I'm currently using.
On the empower vial I have to make sure to push hard and straight to not bend the tiny needle.
Iron and Ferritin takes a long time with supplements to improve from that low. It took me 7 months of iron and vit C supplements to go from ferritin of 34 to 76. When I started the supplements my doctor told me it would be 6-12 months before the ferritin would be at a good level. He didn't even...
What programs have you tried? What does okay-ish results mean? What is your goal? Stronger, bigger, smaller?
Have you done any Wendler 5/3/1? There are tons of great programs in the Forever book.
gzcl has good programs that could be 4 day.
I did nSuns 531 as an upper/lower for awhile. I...
Are you calling or emailing? If I email a question it sometimes takes a day or 2 to get a response. If I call, I wait on the line until they get me to someone who can answer. If they hang up and tell me I'll get a call back, then it might be the next day. If I stay on the phone I get an answer...
I try to wait 8 weeks after a protocol change before I try to decide if I like the changes or not. In the beginning of TRT for me when I first started making adjustments I would feel really crappy for 4-6 or so weeks. Now that I'm only making small adjustments I think I stopped getting the...
Instead of strictly MWF morning, you could try to spread out the 3 doses evenly throughout the week to avoid the 3 day window at the end. When I tried it I did Wed morning, Fri evening, and Sun night. I didn't like the weird schedule so I changed to EOD.
I can't comment on mixing medicines into alcohol, however I can tell you the consumption of the alcohol quantity mentioned above does not matter.
1cc of vodka is 0.034oz. Imagine dividing up a 1oz shot into 30 pieces and having 1 of them. Or another way... divide the shot in half and throw the...
I'm not concerned about fertility, but if I was I wouldn't rely on T numbers. I would think you should be getting your swimmers counted if you really want to be sure.
Your math is correct on the change. I switched from 60mg 3x/wk to 48mg EOD. Total per week went from 180mg to 168mg, due to rounding of the syringe measurement I reduced approx 7%. Testing after the reduction showed that my total T went up from 1020 to 1120 ng/dl, and free T went up from 35 to...
I discovered an iron deficiency 9 months ago. I had a shitty visit with a local endo, but one of the tests he did was ferritin and it came back at 18 ng/ml (range 24-336). I went back to my PC doc and had a full iron panel (also at the same time I got my initial labs for Defy). At that time my...
That is actually 60 hours / 60 hours / 48 hours.
Only you will know if have 2 longer periods and 1 shorter period will be noticeable for you.
When I tried 3x/week I didn't notice any problems with the timing of the injections. I hated the actual schedule. For me it was always a guessing game...
My doctor orders labs that are sent to Mayo Laboratory.
Their website says "This method is based on equilibrium dialysis in which free-labeled testosterone is allowed to pass through a semipermeable membrane, whereas testosterone bound to the sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) remains inside...
I have 2 tests that I had free testosterone measured with the Equilibrium dialysis method. The TruT calculator is very close to my measured results.
Total T (ng/dl)

1020
SHBG (nmol/l)
25
27
albumin (g/dl)
4.7
4.7
Free T measured (ng/dl)

34.3
TruT (ng/dl)

I filled my 30 day supply locally and received the eli lilly brand. My insurance EOB says $346 was billed, $267 was paid by insurance, and my copay is $10.
I just refilled 90 days using my insurance mail order company CVS Caremark. This time I received a generic. I forget the brand. It is round...
Injecting 0.02ml of air won't kill you in real life like it would on tv. This tiny amount into a muscle isn't going to cause an embolism.
This method is losing him 0.05ml 3x a week. After a month he has probably lost a whole weeks dose. The solution is using a needle syringe combo with lower or...
I'm not a doctor. Everything I read said that a tiny bit of air in muscle is ok. Remember 0.05ml of that air will be trapped in the needle. I was comfortable doing that method on myself until I ran out of luer lock needles and switched to insulin pins.
If you are sure on the .05ml, I would draw in .05ml less than your actual dose (it is there, just in the needle). Then draw in .08-0.1ml of air and get the bubble to the plunger. Now the .05 from the needle is in the syringe and the larger volume of air will push it all out.
The only way for my doctor to order the sensitive estradiol test from the lab they use is to order a test called "estrogens fractionated." This gives me both estrone and estradiol. I don't need the estrone results but with the system the way it is, I end up with it being tested.
That's a good point. I wish mine was round shaped. I just started and have been trying to take 1/2 and 3/4 pills to help with the headache and heartburn sides. The egg shaped pill is is pain to split.
I think some insurances will pay for tadalafil if it is for BPH and not ED. There's not really a test for it, either you say you have the symptoms or you don't.
