I've been taking 10,000 daily for close to six months. on 5,000 my D level was 32, and on 10,000 it went up ten 43. Probably going to back down to 5,000 when I finish the bottle. Curious if there is a way to improve absorption.

No it wasn't. Makes me wonder why E2 sensitive and SHGB isn't included in standard follow up labs.

So you think labs Thursday morning at 8am and injecting at 6pm is not a good idea?

Guess I just wanted to clarify since Defy email says to do labs before next injection. Does this mean that if you inject on Thursday evening that you should do labs on Thursday morning? Maybe do labs Monday morning at 730 then inject immediately after? My injection Monday will be 1-2 hour late...

I tried the Activz beet powder, but it's not very tasty. Already taking Gene's NO stack, but sounds like a tolerable form of beets should be taken as well.
