What's the best way to load up on fiber

I have IBS with severe bloating if I am not careful with my diet.

I eat black rice (you can buy it at Krogers), steel cut oatmeal, nuts, broccoli (in moderation since it can increase gas) and make shakes with kale, berries and egg white protein since I am milk protein intolerant. When I know I am not eating enough I use this supplement since it is light and it does not cause gas like most fiber supplements:

If you are constipated, you are not eating enough fiber.
