Enclomiphene Side Effects

Hello all. I just wanted to ask about enclomiphene and its side effects. What are they exactly? Are they similar to clomiphene? Also, are they similar at all to TRT? For example, I know hair loss is a side effect of TRT. Is that something that can happen with enclomiphene? Or is it more likely to have side effects similar to Clomiphene? Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to learn as much as I can. Thank you!

From what I understand, enclomiphene is clomiphene, or at least one form of it. When you buy normal clomiphene you are getting a molecule that is produced in a mixture of right and left handed isomers. Enclomiphene is one of those (maybe left handed). I didn't find the reason in my reading as to why enclomiphene is better, but I suspect it is something to do with its 3 dimensional configuration having a better affinity for the receptor (my guess only).

My understanding is enclomiphene and zuclomiphene are the two parts of clomiphene, and you only need enclomiphene, whereas taking both is less effective. I see your post is from 2020 so probably someone already answered this.

@Foreveryoung it requires a compounding pharmacy who will make it. As with these 'grey areas' when a pharmacy while legally and lawfully can make this stuff, because it treads on the toes of the monolithic corrupt central medicine dictates, it's difficult to find one that will. That is assuming you can get a licensed doctor who specializes in such things to prescribe it. This is the same reason, essentially, why peptides and other legal and lawful items get relegated to steroid websites.
