Normal to have drastic change in T levels day to day?

I'm 38 and have had issues with brain fog, low energy, just not feeling great in general, etc so decided to get my levels checked. I took a fasted blood test several months ago which came back as 329 for total test. Some time goes by and trying different medications to help with issues but nothing is working so decided to check again andreach out to an online TRT clinic who had me do a finger prick blood test. Total test came back at 304 and they put me on TC .25mL 3 times per week. Still hesitant I went to lab corp and got the most comprehensive test I could afford. Here are the pictures of the results. Very confusing, is it normal that it could go from 329, 304, and then 559? I realize the 304 finger prick is not a very accurate test but much closer to my original blood draw than my most recent one. I'm just looking for answers to help fix my symptoms and was not expecting these numbers at all
