Big subjective difference between compounded hCG and Pregnyl

My experience with hCG mono therapy using compounded hCG was dramatically different to when I used Pregnyl.
Even though both achieved roughly the same testosterone level at equivalent doses, Pregnyl significantly improved my energy, libido and mood and had a strong anti inflammatory effect whereas compounded hCG did not produce any of these effects. I could have been injecting straight water.
Obviously they are not the same type of hCG, but why did I feel nothing from the compounded hCG when it boosted my testosterone just as much as Pregnyl?
What is Pregnyl doing to the body that compounded hCG is not?

I've experienced similar differences in one mfc to the next. Not just with Hcg. Of course, this is quite common for people to have different responses to different mfc of any drug. My experience with Pregnyl is better than compounded hcg from empower, and different than ovidrelle. Just all different.

Also, my response to hcg changes after it's been in fridge at 40 degrees for about 6 weeks, doing 3x weekly injections. So i discard 2/3 of a vial of pregnyl and start new every 6 weeks. They say it's supposed to be good for 8 weeks. I still feel the effects clearly if I'm using an 8 week old vial, BUT the mood and sleep effects are different. MORE side effects LESS of the good effects. But still plenty of the good effects, just not enough to justify saving a little money.

One possible difference in the pregnyl vs compounded hcg is pregnyl is shipped overnight so it doesn't get exposed to the weather. When I used to order empower hcg it would take a week or two to get to me and In theory could be more degraded.

My hairbrained theory is it's not just potency degradation with time after mixing in fridge, or in shipping, etc, it's more than just potency. Like chemical structure changes that result in physiological differences in mood etc. As if the portion of the physiologic effect pertaining to testicular stimulation is still very strong at 8 weeks, but the portion relating to mood is at 50% potency. I'm sure there's someone PhD level out there that can speak to this.

I see similar changes with hgh. Effect on igf might be same on my labs after using a genotropin pen for 2 months (it says to discard at 28 days), but the positive effect on my mood is not nearly as good, imo. Could be placebo type thing with all of this. However, the effect is so consistent over many years with many drugs, I've decided to discard thousands of dollars of these drugs on a yearly basis just to have more of the pros and less of the cons.

Glutathione is another.

Peptides like ipamorelin is another, though this is well known to lose a lot of potency after 30 days.

Some do great on one mfc of Ritalin, but others say that mfc is horrible for them. Etc etc.

Where are u getting ur pregnyl from?

I haven't used Pregnyl for many years but I've never forgotten how good it made me feel.
I used the 1500 iu amps which I liked because I noticed a decline in the way I felt if a reconstituted amp was left in the fridge longer than a week.
The only urinary derived hCG available in my country is Brevactid, which I'm hoping will work just as well as Pregnyl. It also comes in 1500 iu amps.

I have used both types of hCG at the same dose/frequency and achieved the same results. I cycle hCG now depending on when I want to actually have a sex drive or when I want to just focus on working. I can't seem to be as productive on hCG due to my sex drive boost and need to get sex.

I didn’t realize pregnyl came in amps. Where do you purchase them?

Can you describe how you feel using Ovitrelle vs Pregnyl in terms of E2 symptoms, anti-inflammatory effects, energy, mood, etc.?
