QUIZ: TRT from injecting E3.5D to daily

I haven’t seen super consistent results. May be from fluctuating e2 since my dr doesn’t test it at the same time, and I’ve varied my ai useage. 100mg e3.5day I saw tt of 890-1150. 200 split to 7 days I’ve seen closer to 1300 typically. Going by memory. I do remember my last test was only 1110 on that same dose.
I have suffered with inconsistent results too. Using 70mg E3.5D my TT has been anywhere from 790-1330.
Given the nature of daily injection there should be more consistency to the results.

E3.5D protocol: 70mg testosterone cypionate, 500IU HCG, 0.25mg anastrozole 2x week

Total testosterone: 800
Free testosterone: 20

Daily injections protocol: 22mg testosterone cypionate daily, 500IU HCG, 0.25mg anastrozole 2x week

Total testosterone: 674
Free testosterone: 22

My SHBG dropped from low mid 20s to 18.

I feel pretty much the same on both protocols (not as good as i felt during the 6 months my total testosterone was ~ 1200). But hematocrit went crazy when moving to daily injections. Up 6 points in 2 months. Not sure about estradiol yet.

I really surprised at your HCT levels, I know not everyone has been successful in lowering their HCT levels with daily injections. As you know that was my main reason for starting daily injections. I got so tired of donating blood every 8 weeks, but the Blood Center love me.

Me too Vince. Controlling HCT was one of the reasons to movento daily injections. But it seems like that the multiple injections are messing with my HCT. Like i mentioned before for me it seems like it my total testosterone levels have little to no correlation with my HCT.
I am trying to contact Defy to see if i can try 90mg E3.5D before my next consultation so i can have time to run blood work and see if that works better for me. In the mean time i think will switch back to E3.5D with same total weekly dosage

5 weeks into my new protocol: back to E3.5D injections and weekly dosage increased from 140mg to 180mg a week and I feel absolutely amazing. I will get blood work done in 2 weeks

That's great that your new protocol is working for you, I look forward to seeing your new labs. As we know TRT it definitely not one-size-fit-all.
