Random Questions TRT

I'm ordering dicountedlabs tests today for TT & FT and Estradiol.

I am Primary Hypo, using 50mg SubQ shots/3.5 days. Now that my TT levels are over 300 is it still necessary to get the LC/MS/MS Testosterone test every time? Its a lot more expensive and I want to take one today before my shot and one tomorrow as well just to see where my ups and downs are on my TT, FT, and Estradiol. So that's 2 rounds of tests not sure I have the cash for the more expensive version this time.

I would be more concerned about my hemoglobin and hematocrit blood levels while on testosterone replacement therapy.

Thanks for the input I'm testing hematocrit and hemoglobin too.

Is it ok to wet a piece of paper towel with alcohol instead of using packaged wipes for cleaning T vials and injection sites?

Also what about some sort of pen for injections where the T is in the pen and you select your amount inject and throw away the needle. My dad had that for insulin. Any one use something like that for Sub q injections?

Buy the pre-moistened pads. Why take a chance? They are inexpensive.

Use these they are dirt cheap at Walmart - 100/box and you will only have to use one per injection as you can use both sides of the wipe (one side to clean the top of your vial and the other side to clean your injection site.

As far as using auto injector for testosterone sub-q Antares Pharma is in the process of trying to bring their Quickshot Testosterone Auto Injector to the market but it may be some time before it happens let alone if it will be approved by the FDA. For now the least invasive way for sub-q is with the use of a U-100 insulin syringe 27-29 gauge is common and some even use 30-31 gauge. Injections are smooth/painless. https://globenewswire.com/news-rele...g-Application-for-Quickshot-Testosterone.html
