My dick may need injections

Hello guys.

Some time ago I became single after 15+ years....At 50+ years old
And actually thought I would be alone for the rest of my life.
Feeling old, low self esteem etc.

But Cupid had other plans and I met that special someone.
That's all very nice, except for my ED problems.
After using PDE5 pills succesfully for many years, they no longer work well enough for penetration.

Morning erections are there most days. Hard too.
But my erections fall to fast.
Standing, Changing position and then the old performance anxiety kicks in......If you been there, you know.
Basically I go limp as soon as stimulation stops.

I made an doctors appointment and fear that Penile Injections are the only/next option (Bimix, Trimix, Caverjact).
And I am scared shitless. But also would like to have penetrative sex again in this life.

Can you help with a few questions about penile injections, please?
  • How big is the risk of Priapism?
  • How big is the risk of Peyronie's?
  • What can you do about Priapism at home?
  • How do you use the injection discretely when at your partners house?
  • Does injections make Viagra, Cialis etc. work even worse if you decide to just use a pill?
  • For how many years can you use penile injections?
Thank you.

Could you just increase your dose of Viagra, Cialis?
Hi Vince.

I have been experimenting with that.
Tried 20mg cialis + 20mg Levitra last week.
It was better, but still not like it used to be.

Also tried 150mg Viagra with same result.

Increasing dose DOES do something tho.

I seen the stack but only tried citrulline, arginine and cialis stack.

1. Possible with reckless use of tri-mix. Very unlikely with careful use of tri-mix. Virtually impossible with bi-mix.
2. Very rare. It seems to require a combination of injecting the same exact spot over and over again, not allowing it any chance to heal, while causing significant tissue trauma due to poor technique. You can easily avoid all of these factors and reduce your risk to nil.
3. They can give you an injectable antidote of pseudoephedrine, or you can take oral pseudroephrine (not as effective as the injection though).
4. Do it in the bathroom. You'd need to have the pre-loaded syringe on your person somehow.
5. No, the injections have no adverse effect on your ability to get erections either naturally or via other medications.
6. Indefinitely.

Thx a lot, Funk.
Yeah hiding the syringe may be tricky.
More so in the summertime I guess

What about when the effect of the injection wears off?
Does it happen instantly or more slowly?

Can you pop a viagra AFTER that happens?
How

It wears off slowly over a period of hours. The erections last longer with higher dosages, and it lasts longer with tri-mix versus bi-mix.

Can you pop a viagra AFTER that happens?
Yes, you could use viagra after it has worn off. I would be careful not to take any viagra while the injection was still working strongly though.

What you're going to do when you get these injections is do some "dry runs" by yourself, starting with doses that are almost certainly too low. You're going to bump up the dosage incrementally until you find a good combination of effects and duration, which is not too short and not excessively long.

I am danish.
We can only get Caverject, I believe.

About the Viagra, that makes sense.

I watched the ER show "The Pitt" the other day. Episode S02E02.
A guy had priapism and got drained.
Looked scary

Thank you.
