Testing out Proviron for Libido

I share the same thing had success with b12 5000mcg daily but with time it went down. I did this like three times, stopped b12 for sometime and went back again for 3 times every time I get nice libido boost then goes away. However this time I didn’t get it.
I have to use cialis or viagra to preform desire not there but with a new girl it does get better ;). I feel it’s dopamine issue but not sure

Just google it dude. "High test cycle pheromones", "attraction on test cycle?", "tren and pheromones" blabla. Ive read probably bout 5000 different anecdotes and im not joking.

Ive had enough of trying to convince people of it, try it yourself and u will see. The attention u get on 1g test is really astonishing, some women become like fucking cats in heat. We are FOR SURE more animalistic than we want to believe.

With a slow week at work I’ve had more time to just read through forums and now I’ve come across more things I would like to try as well.

Even though I’ve had prolactin checked before and it was high I would still like to see what I feel like by lowering it. Instead of using Cabergoline I’ve read some impressive studies of vitamin b6 lowering prolactin levels. I’ve ordered some b6 and will probably starting adding it in within a few weeks.

A few others things I would like to try is swapping to once a week injections. Don’t remember which thread it was but I remember seeing something about having how steady blood levels actually might be causing more harm for the libido for some which I can see. Multiple reasons behind this but our bodies are use to constant testosterone fluctuations throughout the day so maybe trying to give it more up ands down through the week can be a positive factor.

So many new things I want to try but need to resist the urge for a little bit so I can actually see what’s happening with each little change.

As of right now I’m still doing the 12.5mg of prov morning and night. Still no libido but yesterday I felt better than I have in awhile mentally and energy wise. Now today it’s back to feeling bleh.

Thinkings it’s because of the increased e2 from my injection on Monday and now it’s getting back low. So prov still might be keeping everything a bit to low. Will be able to tell this after a few more injections.

Going to try to tag a forum member because I’ve seen him in a lot of those posts that I mentioned. Just for him to keep tabs on this journey if he’s interested. @DixieWrecked

Anecdotally: I tried starting low and slow with 10mg t-cyp/day. Libido and penile sensitivity dried up after five weeks. I recently decided to do 60 mg/3.5 days and within two injections, my libido and sensitivity are surging. I think I mainly needed a higher dose, but I suspect the peaks and troughs over a few days are also helping.

You might try this:

Yeah I’ve tried daily injections thinking that all I had to do was fix it so e2 wasn’t peaking to high and everything would be gravy. Had no luck with that and e2 was perfect. Only thing I haven’t tried is once a week injections and that’s because of of the fear of e2 spiking with big injection. But with the Proviron it’s something I’ll give it a chance with.

There’s a lot going on in that thread but I’m first I’ve heard of 1-test will have to research it.

They did mention using test cream in there as well and that’s something I have done in and without test cyp at the same time. Neither of those did anything for me either.

I'm in much your situation re libido (after half a lifetime of SSRIs).

Surprised nobody has mentioned Melanotan 2 or PT-141. These two are easily the most effective thing for me (M2 only if you fancy a deep tan). You shouldn't be on either all the time, but if you're content to be horny for two or three days a week they really work (for some people).

Their mode of action is entirely in the brain and nothing to do with any hormones; so if nothing hormonal does anything for you these may be your best bet.

I have had a libido bump from all of the above albeit short lived. For whatever reason, Melanotan 2 was intense at first, but I was getting moles, so I had to stop. Proviron is great used sporadically but it fades quickly (for me anyway). DHT has been the one true constant product for libido... Other than a really good nights sleep ;)

I wonder if the OP ever tried the dhea he was recommended, it always spikes my libido. A good quality tongkat ali supplement also has that effect on me, but unfortunately it also aggravates the rheumatoid arthritis i get in my thumb. But in my opinion, the absolute ultimate on demand libido enhancer is GHB. Shame it's now illegal in most countries. I spent many happy years making and using my own, really miss that lovely chemical.

GHB is awesome. Best sleep ever! I used be able to buy it in health food stores. If I knew how to make it, I would.

Yep, the sleep on it is fantastic, even though it usually requires redosing during the night (tend to wake after around 4hrs). And i also used to be able to buy it (around 1997 when i bought my house). There was an online store called 'Softearth' if i remember right - sold it in granule form. I'd been reading about it in Dan Duchaines 'Body Opus' book, so was excited when i found it for sale. Changed my life, for the better! But it was such an easy thing to make from the two ingredients (gbl and sodium hydroxide), i got into making it by the litre. But of course, 'big pharma' got involved, it was banned as a 'date rape drug' (surely the real date rape drug is alcohol?). Then they brought it out as an expensive pharma drug for narcolepsy (Xyrem i think). For a while about a year ago, i could grt hold of the ghb pro-drug called 1,4 butanediol which converts in the stomach to ghb. But it's all gone now, great shame.

DHT in what form? Gel? The DHT gel worked okay for me (but DHT-derived steroids didn't).

But it's very expensive and very hard to get hold of. I wish it was possible to buy injectable DHT but I can't find it (or even any mention of it) anywhere.
