Not sure of this is the correct forum. I have a question for the guys who use Defy ( I will be starting up with them soon). What is the typical Testosterone protocol that Defy prefers? Its is Test Cyp sub-q, IM, weekly injections, every other day injections, or is it something else? Im curious as to how they like to get men dialed in.

I think each individual provider has their own preferences. Mine started me on 40 mg EOD (140 mg weekly). I told them I wanted to try enanthate, so that's what they gave me. They leave it up to you whether you want to do subq or IM.

In retrospect, it was a pretty good protocol and a reasonable starting point.

I forgot to mention I am 60, not sure of age plays any role in the dosage protocol

My first protocol was 70 mg of testosterone cypionate along with 500 IU of HCG twice a week. It worked great except for high HCT I had to donate broad regularly. That was 10 years ago.

They really work with you. My present protocol 16 mg of testosterone cypionate daily and 500 IU every third day. I haven't donated blood for over 7 years.

TRT, definitely "not" one size fits all.
