I was actually going to ask this same question this past weekend!

And Yes I did inject both Test and HCG into my scrotum skin last week.
NOT because I was thinking it would work better, but because I have so much loose sagging skin there and it's much less painful to stick a syringe into the skin folds.

Whether or not it absorbs as well as the skin on my rear or gut (which is difficult to pinch any skin) or intramuscular, I have NO clue...

Does anyone know more about this administration method?
Effective or Not effective?

I have heard of men injecting HCG in their testicles but never testosterone. I really don't know if it's safe or if there's a positive to injecting there. I would be interested in knowing what results you get.

Do not try this. Just don’t. There are many reasons why, and it isn’t going to work like some of you are curious about.

HCG is not a transdermal cream or gel. So proximity has nothing to do with its effectiveness any more than the bros thinking that their biceps will get bigger first by injecting testosterone into them (they won’t).

There is no data on using HCG this way and as far as I know this has never been tried in a clinical/research setting. Because again, it doesn’t work as spot treatment. But there is a possibility of hurting yourself, doing lasting damage, or ending up in the ER with a story that the doctors actually haven’t heard before.

Apparently localized glandular injection of hormone treatment is a thing in treatment.

I found nothing directly on HCG and the gonads. But there is treatment where the hormone stimulant is injected at or near the gland that it's targeting.

The primary effect seems to be a matter of purity. In other words it doesn't get as diluted as going through the whole bloodstream to reach its ultimate destination. And from what I read the side effects can be decreased by direct location injection. But there really aren't much side effects with HCG.

They all mentioned concern for potential infection. But I think that concern is any injection site. You have to use alcohol and clean hands.

Since we're near the topic in researching this I found articles discussing directly injecting testosterone into the penis but that was for severe ED problems. I don't recommend that Just mentioning that localized injection is not in left field.

Someone in this thread is doing it. I do hope they respond with the level of pain which they said was minimal. And if they noticed any difference in response.

I tried pinching my thigh my stomach and the skin of my scrotum. And it was essentially the same pain threshold.
