my regimen is 150mg/week (3x), T cyp
previously:

3 months ago:
total: 983 ng/dl
free: 37
Estradiol(regular): 49

now:
total 522
free 15
Estradiol(sensitive): 25

I did not change anything else, blood draw was done same time
I started taking DIM + weight lifting 4x week with high intensity.

could the weight lifting cause this, what should I do. libido is down a bit, energy too. ramp up the dose?

I would think that your vial of testosterone is bad or contains less testosterone. Other than that, I can't think of any other reason.

thank you all, yeah I thought maybe T is bad, but then the same vial was used for previous reading. I think ramp it to 180mg and re-test in 8 weeks is the way to go here.
i am just curious since 150mg isn't that small for T to be that low. your body must be utilizing it pretty quick which is good i suppose.

Was the labs 3 months ago your first labs taken after starting trt?

If the testosterone is legit, not UGL, I don't believe it would lose its potency. My West Ward Test E has an expiration of 7/2023 and if I had an unopened vial that was a year old, I wouldn't toss it. I've read that medications can still be viable beyond their expiration date.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
