Requesting advice from Lab work

This is my most resent lab. Still trying to hit the mark, but not quite there. I'm currently injecting .10 daily, due to low SHBG. I use .125 mg arimidex twice weekly, DHEA nightly and 250 IU's HCG twice weekly. I still suffer from low libido, weak ejaculation. Am I missing something? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Your liver enzymes are elevated, definitely and area of concern. You could try lowering your dosage a little if this protocol doesn't show good results.

HCG in some guys can have a negative impact on erections and libido at any dosage.

How long have you been on this protocol?

When things like this happen it’s usually as estradiol to dht ratio. Might need more dht. Possibly scratch the hcg and add cream.

I would drop the arimidex and see what results you get. Even though you have low SHPG, you may do better without an AI

How long have you been on this protocol?

Yes, I had a sonogram done on my liver some time ago and it's caused by fatty liver (non-alcoholic). Years ago in the USAF I had the same issue, but overtime, it dropped?

Also I donated blood after these labs, co my hematocrit level should have dropped. I have been on this regiment at least six months.
