Need some help and advice

Hey guys

A couple of months ago, beginning of march to be exact, I switched from compounded gel of 10-15 mg a day to Injections of 200mg/wk. I was doing the injections for a couple of weeks and then my doctor upped my dosage one week to 400mg which we obviously found to be too much, so we went back down to 200mg per week. I was on 200mg/wk injections for another couple of weeks, and then my doctor suggested we try clomid and tamoxifen due to testicular shrinkage even while using HCG. So I was using clomid(25mg eod) and tomixfen(10mg eod) while still being on injections, however I only took them for a couple of days. I'm not sure why I initially stopped taking the Clomid and Tamoxifen, but a couple of weeks after I started to develop sore/tender breasts and nipple sensitivity. I also had some lactation. Since then I continued doing injections of 200mg/wk and then I stopped and went back to the gel for a week, didn't feel too well on it, so I went back to injections the week after. My breasts were still tender even taking arimidex, so we dropped the injections to 150mg for a week and then the next week to only 50mg which brings me to today. I'm still experiencing breast tenderness and nipple sensitivity and my E2 is really low from arimidex and Letrozole. So I just don't know what to do. I know some people use tamoxifen for gynecomastia, but I'm not sure if using clomid and tamoxifen originally caused the lactation and tenderness or if it was because I was on too much Test. I know this is really confusing and I tried my best to make sense out of it but I really need some advice and help. Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated.

My most recent blood work is as follows:

Estradiol, Ultrasensitive: 2 <or = 29 pg/ml
Testosterone, Total 1125 250-1100
Testosterone, Free 145.6 46.0-224.0
Testosterone, Bioavailable 312 110-575
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 42 10-50
Albumin Serum 4.7 3.6-5.1

The lactation worries me. Get your prolactin measured , please. High prolactin can also make your nipples sensitive and tender to the touch.

What dose of HCG were you using? Clomid and tamoxifen do not improve testicular size. Also, clomid can make a few guys feel shitty.

Your total and free testosterone are good. Your estradiol is way too low. Low estradiol is not good for you. It can cause high fat, sexual dysfunction, cognitive impairment, dry skin and bone loss. I would stop the arimidex and the letrozole. Wait for two weeks and then get retested for prolactin and the tests shown in this first post: https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?1956-How-to-Maximize-Blood-Test-Discussion-Quality

This way we can have a "clean" blood analysis with you only using 200 mg per week of testosterone injections. If you have time, you can also go ahead and answer the questions related to general health and quality of life.

Beyond Testosterone Book by Nelson Vergel
Can't add much more than what Nelson said, however, it appears you Physician is using you as a lab rat and doesn't appear to know what he is doing.

You may be better off finding a Physician who specializes in HRT for men and get on the correct protocol.

Like Nelson said, E2 is tanked so clearly you are taking way too high a dose of the AI...this is not a good place to be with many bad side effects.

You also need to get Prolactin tested as soon as possible as well.

BTW, Clomid and Testosterone should never be taking together.
