My thought process is if HCG is creating zero testosterone than it's not doing anything which includes reversing atrophy and fertility.
I understand your viewpoint. Actually my testicles are working partially bcas i do have sub optimal testosterone levels. I mean, very low but normal, which means some portion of leydig cells and sertolli cells are still working. So i figured, increasing testicular testosterone through HCG might help to maintain already working part of the testicles to retain size n fertility.

Hi Folks,
If you remember, i told that i will stop testosterone until it returns to normal. Now it has returned to normal but i have very high cholestrol and tryglycerides levels. I stopped taking TRT as the levels were super high and also it caused rapid heart beat. So i stopped it but now there is an issue with tryglycerides levels. Is it normal? I have posted before and after blood results. Sorry website is throwing an error when i try uploading documents. Ill try sometime later

You threw your body a curve ball by starting, stopping TRT because your hormones are unstable. You need to get on a consistent protocol and not alter the dosage to start showing benefits, but TRT will not cure all your problems if you don't take action to lower triglycerides.

When I change dosages, my glucose levels are affected and even liver function is altered and am in limbo until hormone levels are stable. My gym performance is also affected, muscle development stops until hormone levels are stable again.

Is there a way to increase SHBG to decrease my testosterone and estrogen levels?

You have no control over SHBG, you adjust your protocol to compensate for low SHBG.

I am thinking to take fibrates to lower my triglycerides level. thats what they give for somebody who has high lipids level. Its effective in increasing HDL and lowering Triglycerides but not so much of LDL. So i was thinking to try one of those along with TRT and 0.5 mg of arimidex as i have tendency to aromatize fast even at low dosage. I was thinking to use start using 50mg TRT twice a week and 0.5mg arimidix once or twice a week to begin with and adjust my dosage as per the blood reports. I am thinking to quit HCG altogether as its not going well with my body. what are your suggesstions? I do have low SHBG. Please see attached document. It contains blood report from feb 26(2-conv) and March 11(1-comp). The one with Low testosterone but high triglucerides is the latest one which came back to low when i stopped TRT

It was recommended you stop the HCG.

It may not be just the low-T causing the high triglycerides, if you are not working out then you need to start getting metabolically active. Your diet also plays a big part in your triglycerides.

My triglycerides were normal before i started TRT. Its only after starting and stoping TRT my triglycerides level went really high.

Does testosterone cause high triglycerides?

Testosterone therapy may be used for a variety of medical conditions. ... On the other hand, several studies have found testosterone has no effect on triglyceride levels. So, testosterone can't lower triglyceride levels, but researchers don't know how or even if it affects total, HDL, and LDL cholesterol.Jun 1, 2018

Buddy, youre jumping the gun. Testing at 2 weeks and making changes is a great way to never get dialed in. Chill out and worry about other things. That test means nothing . Youre clearly a nervous nelly, youre not gonna die. I would leave the dosage of Test and drop the HCG. Its the only change. If you take an AI. Youre really messing yourself up. Stop focusing on labs.

Hi Vince/Stylo,
I read about that study too. As you know, i stopped testosterone as i was getting resting heart rate of 100/min so i thought of checking the blood and it showed that my testosterone levels are 3 times the max level and my estrogen is twice the max. At that time, my triglycerides were normal. So i stopped everything for 2 weeks and thought ill change my protocol. So when i did blood work after 2 weeks of stopping TRT, my testosterone became low normal but my triglycerides is 2 times the max level. So wondering what to do now? I know i shouldnt worry about blood work too much but just trying to know the reason. Also, What dosage should i start now? Do u think triglycerides levels come down?

You know when I stop TRT a lot of weird things happen, for one my hematocrit drops below range and liver function is altered, I have labs showing it.

Also I've seen guys other biomarkers out of range when hormone levels are excessively high. When my levels are excessive I get all kinds of strang symptoms, like cold feet and hands.

All I got to do is lower the dosage and all is good.

Any recommendation on dosage levels? Some says 30mg EOD. I am thinking 50mg twice a week. What do u suggest? Also, since i am aromatizing a lot, do u think its a good idea to start with 0.5mg AI twice a week? I know we are not supposed to use it but i am very unstable due to low SHBG levels.

The EOD protocol has the best chance, but not at 30mg, probably 20-25mg. I would never recommend the AI for the fact you haven't tried to work the problem without it.

Thanks System. I initially tried only TRT+HCG combination without the use of AI. So you want to try only TRT 25mg EOD without AI? I can try that.

I would eat a healthy diet and in about 6 weeks, retest your triglycerides. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

There is chance it might be diet bcas i was following keto n then breaked the keto with carbs and get tested right away, so i read it might cause unsuall increase in triglycerides level especially if u test it right after food. So cant rule out bcas triglycerides are fat deposits. Ill get it checked some time later too.
BTW, whats ur TRT protocol?? Do u use HCG? Any tips for me?

Thought of uploading blood report once again. This was 2 weeks after stopping TRT.
