If you do have high blood pressure, I would take blood pressure meds. Having high blood pressure damages many organs and arteries in your body, it will also contribute coronary artery disease.

Do you take nitric oxide stack, Cialis and Viagra also lowers blood pressure.

Would be better olmesart +amlodipine instead of olmesartan+hctz?
because I can not stand urinating anymore. I urinate 20x a day

The cause of my high blood pressure was a potassium deficiency, I started supplementing potassium and blood pressure decrease significantly. The potassium deficiency also cause bloating do to a paralyzed gut, the muscles in your gut need potassium to function properly.

Call me crazy but I had BP issues and sensed it was I was drinking to much water so I added 1tsp to Celtic Sea salt to a glass of water 3X per day and my BP went from 145/90 to 114/70

For anyone with blood pressure issues, just watch the video above. You’ll thank me later. It explains exactly why Celtic sea salt lowers blood pressure. I also use magnesium chloride in my water 2-3 times per day, due to magnesium having vast health benefits, including lowering blood pressure.

Here’s what I personally do. I take a bottle of mineral water, like pellegrino or Perrier, which is 25 Oz, and put it in a thermos. Then add around 1/8-1/4 tsp of Celtic salt, and 1/4 tsp of Remag. And try to drink two of those per day. Has really lowered my BP a lot. I also take 1/2 tsp of remag before bed. My BP usually runs around low 100’s for systolic, and low 60’s for diastolic. And I’m not on any ai, and E2 is very high at the moment. So if high E2 causes blood pressure issues, what I’m doing is preventing any BP problems.

For a side note, there’s benefits to mixing the salt and magnesium to carbonated water specifically, but I’m sure mixing the salt and magnesium to regular water will still improve blood pressure, probably just not as much.

When I get my free T3 levels in a good range, by using Cytomel (liothyronine sodium). My blood pressure always goes down.

Absolutely! I forgot about thyroid. Having optimal thyroid function is absolutely crucial to having healthy blood pressure levels.
