does aromasin cause hair loss???

hi , I have recently order aromasin to couteract dutasteride side effect
I was plannig on taking low dose such as 12 .5 mg twice a week
BUT i have read that it is a steroidal aromatase inhbitoir which act similarly to DHT ???
so can't it cause hair loss ? should i take arimidex instead ?

yes it will lower your E2 levels, how much? Only by labs will you know for sure.

i take dutasteride because of hairloss , but i got puffy nipples / lump ; because it increase my E2 too much !

hypoestrogenism (low estrogen) is also associated with hair loss so be careful with how much aromatase inhibitor you use.

the nornal range yoh see on labs is developed by a sub sample of men ages 19-39 usually. it doesn't include outliers. in addition, one persons normal range where they feel good may differ from another persons. everyone's different.

with that being said, most men anecdotally report feeling the best 22-30pg/mL
