How long should I expect fertility to return after PCT?

been on TRT for about a year, got off for TRT purposes and now on Enclomiphene 25 mg a day, 5 weeks so far,


wondering ig anyone has personal experiences on getting off TRT for fertility, how long did it take for you to succeed and get your partner pregnant?

I actually just finished that exact protocol. I've been on TRT for 7 years (with hcg for almost the entire duration), and came off for fertility.
I took 25mg of enclomiphene per day for 5 months. At week 11, my sperm test was excellent, although I never did a sperm test prior to coming off TRT. The Dr stated it takes 90 days for the full sperm cycle, so I wouldn't test your sperm for a few more weeks, although you can always try in the meantime.
We have not achieved pregnancy yet and are seeing a fertility clinic, however I have come off enclomiphene and resumed TRT, HCG, and HMG. Though the enclomiphene gave me great sperm results, my testosterone would not get over 300 and I did not feel great.
