I have using the Scivation brand Xtend Intra-Workout Catalyst for about a year now drinking it before, during and after my workout. I have noticed that it is a huge help in reducing muscle soreness after a workout. It really helps to recover after a long workout and I can easily tell the day after if I did not drink enough of it with my workout. I have tried the watermelon flavor which is my favorite but I am currently using the green apple flavor which I am not a big fan of at all just because of the taste.

It says on the package to use one scoop per 8oz of water but I actually only use one scoop on a giant 101.4oz water jug that I drink during my workout. I figure since I drink more water and still use the scoop it is fine and it seems to work for me. It has zero sugar or carbs and filled with BCAAs for rebuilding muscle like I need.

Overall I really like this product because I can tell it does what it claims to do.
