Hey all:) Trying to convert Xanax to Diazepam but there are so many variations on different medical sites? Any membes in mental health that could provide an accurate conversion of 0.25mg Xanax to Diazepam? Thanks

Here's the best site on Benzos perhaps. Professor Ashton is THE authority on withdrawal. As someone who suffered horribly from Ativan, I implore you to consider a slow withdrawal from it. I firmly believe we have a benzo problem in this country that will rival opioids, except there is no alternative to it like fentynal or heroin. As someone that was put on Ativan by his PCP for anxiety and later realized that the Ativan was causing more problems, I tried a slow wean. 18 months and I STILL have side effects from withdrawal, but not to the extent I did at the beginning. It was the most horrific experience imaginable. Not everyone will have it this bad, but just read "benzo withdrawal syndrome" on wikipedia to get some idea of what this is. If you struggle getting off it, go to benzo buddies forum - what a wonderful site. So, good luck to you..
