Hi all,

I am a 35 year old male, I have had unrelieved chronic low back pain for over 15 years now. I try to make the best of each day, but feel down a lot, fatigued, tired, low energy, anxiety, lower libido & not rock hard, depressing thoughts are a constant battle, and don't have much interest in things that I used to. A friend turned me onto this site and highly recommended I look into trying to explore T.

I work full time, have my life together, but I feel like something everyday is missing. I take very low doses of xanax and Norco everyday, and ibprophen here and there. I work out a little and try to walk a lot, I hope that gives some background, and if I can add anything else please let me know! I want to get healthy and fit and don't want back pain to be an excuse...just feels like something is missing.

thank you all so much for your time! I look forward to learning from you all.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
