Worried about side effects.

InThailand

I am new to TRT.I have had blood tests done and have been told (by a member
of this forum)that everything is fine except testosterone.

I live in rural Thailand and can only find testocaps,no inject-able testosterone.
I had been taking 6 capsules per day before the blood tests so I increased the dose to 12/day a few days ago.

Now I'm starting to feel great.I thought I had fibromyalgia and had pain and stiffness. That's all starting to heal really fast.Words can't express how good this news is after years of suffering.

My only fear now is that it will wear off.I took cortisone for excema when I was a kid and it really worked at the start but that all wore off and I ended up worse than before I took them.

Am I likely to experience the same thing with 12 testocaps a day. Will the effect wear off or will I get long term side effects.
Is there any thing I can take to counter the side effects.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
