Hi

I cant fully understand this process, I will explain you why.

If you are on TRT (only on Testosterone) and you are taking AI, your E2 levels should be normal (around 25pg/ml). Hypothalamus is producing GnRH based on E2 levels as far as I know. GnRH is giving signal to produce LH and FSH. And if your levels of E2 are normal why you cant produce LH and FSH ? I could understand low levels of LH and FSH in males who are not taking AI and have high levels of E2, but why this is happenig with normal levels of E2?

The negative feed back loop that slows or shuts down gonadotropin releasing hormone, LH and FSH (gonadotropins produced by the pituitary) are ruled by three hormones: E2, T and DHT. Anytime any of these three go up to a level that our evolutionary genes know it's high, the slow down or shut down (depending on the levels), occurs. By the way, HCG also slows or shuts down HPGA
