white particles blocking urine after trt

after two weeks on trt, I had small particles blocking my urine, I had to drink water and urinate again just to clear it.
after checking psa,it did increased a bit 1.4 to 1.54, urine analysis for infection etc, results came negative.
of course I am not stopping anything for this, but what possibly could have caused it ? this is the first time something like this happens to me.

No it was from inside, I had to drink more water increase the pressure and it’s gone now. But what was that ?

Can I test to confirm this ? I don’t take calcium but been taking vit d 10,000 daily for five years now, recently I added vitamin k. If it’s matter

Was any chance you were just dehydrated? I don't know how the weather by you, it's been awfully hot and humid in Wisconsin

I don’t think so, it’s extremely hot here, but this is a first time I get this.
I will keep monitoring For any other signs but I guess for now I will let it go.

I have talked talked with a few people who developed kidney stones from high dose Vit D supplementation. Adding Vit K2 may help or perhaps cutting your D dose to 5K. What are your D levels currently??

I actually recently added vitamin K, if anything that could be a reason.
I am now at 62 ng/ml, it’s high as lab ranges but many doctors recommended staying between 50-70.

Thats a good level, maybe the K2 will help. I'm assuming your using K2 and not just vitamine k

Actually I just started maybe 4 month ago. Good to know it’s good I believe this is ideal level.
Dr rand also recommend 10,000 daily. Which I do for a long time now.

You can get a strainer from your DR and pee into it and catch whatever is going through. The dr will send the stuff out to a lab for analysis and let you know what it is. If kidney stone stuff good luck.. OUCH....

I guess I visit my doc and discuss it with him. Though from that time I had no other issues

May be nothing, but if you did not tell your DR the whole story (Having issues peeing which in itself is NOT a good thing and strange discharge) he might want to ck out other stuff or shuffle you off to a urologist.

I am noticing also frequent urination. :/ could be me drinking too much water but
I guess will go and check it. Thanks
