Which to replace Growth Hormone or Testosterone

I had a growth hormone stimulation test a few weeks ago and I am waiting on the results.

I have low free T and low e2 with a high Shbg for my age with fluctuating prolactin levels going high and low.

My question is, if I am growth hormone deficient, which would be treated first?

Will replacing growth hormone raise my T levels and e2? Or will TRT raise my growth hormone levels?

I googled but could not find much in the way of answers.

thanks

Am I correct in thinking you have a reasonable level of total testosterone (despite the other skewed lab values)? And isn't there a possibility that you are dealing with issues made worse by saw palmetto? Do you have your DHT levels?

My last Total T was 537 but fluctuates, it's usually lower. But my free t and e2 are completely in the toilet.

I am not sure whether it was saw palmetto or injuries occurring after a head injury but I am sure saw palmetto probably didn't help.

i have had Dht tested twice. When I first got ill it came in at 1.01 nmol/l (0.3-2.0) then a year or more later it is now at 2.33 nmol/l so I'm slightly over range. I have had 3 Adiol g tested which is apparently a marker for 5 alpha reductase which was 3470 (168-3530) I am very confused at which way to turn. I can't function like this anymore and I get zero help from the medical system in the uk! My current endo doesn't think that low estradiol matters in men as its a female hormone. I explained about the link between that and ed and he said that its rubbish. God help me

If you had a growth hormone stimulation test and you are diagnosed with GH deficiency, then you will get a GH prescription.
At 537 ng/dL, your T is not low enough for most doctors to prescribe. There is a possibility that adding GH may improve T since the two axis and related to each other. Higher IGF-1 has also been correlated to higher sexual function.

IGF-1 levels are significantly correlated with patient-reported measures of sexual function.

I can tell you are outside the US. Where are you and who is your doctor?

I have managed to find a clinic in the uk who specialise in TRT and have prescribed me 250 sustanon every 10days but I have not taken it yet as I had this growth hormone stimulation test booked through my endocrinologist. The clinic is called the Ledger Clinic based in Doncaster.

I know my total t isn't that and but it has been worse. I also have a Shbg that sits around 45 to 50. According to this chart I have similar levels to a man of 65-85. My total t has been as low as 13 nmol/l.

Im also not sure whether starting sustanon at that level is too high to start with? I was interested in HCG mono therapy but im getting to the point of taking what ever can make me function. I can't exercise, walk up a hill even, sexually dead, joints cracking and clicking. Hips are terrible. I'm getting concerned about bone loss.im also losing a lot of muscle fast. I'm naturally very lean and eat extremely healthy so I will start to look very sick very soon.

My igf 1 wasn't that low but apparently this doesn't always mean that you aren't growth hormone deficient. I certainly fit a lot of the symptoms. My endos secretary left me a voicemail saying there is nothing to panic about but he needs to talk to me soon regarding my results. I'm seeing him the 16th.

Another question, does trt restore growth hormone levels?
