When the best time to take Anastrozole

When is the best time to take Anastrozole? day of your shot or day after etc... Right now I take it on the day of my shot.

Day of or day after....Anastrozole has a 50hr half-life

I take my A1 the same time as I give my T shot, 2x a week

As long as you are taking both your Test and AI twice a week (or more often) it should not matter - day of your T shot works great, day after works great. 50-hour half-life as Vince Carter mentioned.

Thanks everyone. I take .5 mg 3 times a week same day as my shot so I will just continue.
