I agree with Vince. It tastes like dirt but mixed with frozen berries and egg white protein work well for me.
Beet crystals instead of beet powder seems to actually taste good vs. the 'I gotta choke it down because it's good for me' taste of powder. Problem is, the crystals are WAY more expensive. http://www.iherb.com/Flora-Red-Beet-Soluble-Crystals-7-oz-200-g/44556
I do, as the 7oz bottle was made from 5.5 pounds of beets. And it honestly tastes quite good, even just mixed in water by itself - although taste is subjective, of course. The only downside for me is that a 7oz bottle is $21.00.
First time I read about this, watched the clips, but can someone please explain me what these beet actually does or believe it does?
