What to ask for...

So I have a doctors app next week. I'm going to ask for some lab work. For the last several months I have had very diminished libido. I have mentioned this in previous posts - I dabbled with self prescribing testosterone. My last injection was nearly a year ago (Feb 2022). I kept it on the low side as I didn't seem to fare very well after a few months of weekly injections. I didn't do much of a pct when I stopped. Anyway, like I said that was almost a year ago. When asking for blood work, other than the obvious testosterone levels what should I ask for? My concern is my libido and over all sense of wellbeing. I work out regularly, eat clean (for the most part), take multi's and "testosterone friendly" herbal supps. Would a "total hormone panel" include all the values required to identify any flags that could affect libido?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
