What other supplements are you taking in addition to your TRT regimen?

Most of us don't stop at TRT. Once started, we look into other ways to optimize health and wellness. What other supplements are you taking in addition to your TRT regimen? I'd love to know what else everyone is on and why. Also, does quality matter, or do you buy the cheapest you can find?

I've been doing weight training for years . I'm now 60 and at about 40 joint pain started becoming an issue. An older trainer at the time told me about a supplement called Wobenzym . I've been taking 6 a day for years and that has really helped . Garden of Life is the only brand I buy .

In addition to TRT, I take 150 mg iron, 500 mg potassium, 95 mg vitamin C, and 600 IU D3.

I also take 5 mg daily Cialis.

Glycine, NAC, Taurine, Alpha Lopoic , D3+K2, Creatine, Glutamine, Zinc, Selenium, Ashwaganda, Magnesium glycinate >all for keeping vibrant and ready, and keeping muscle on me at my age of 68 yrs. Been taking 2.5 mg of Tadalafil, helps with my urine flow and BPH and also pre workout.

I take vitamin D/K2, cocovia (cocoflavonals pure), fishoil, high moleular weight hylauronic acid (pill), sulphurophane (days not working out), choline/inositol, glycine, NMN + TMG.

I need some magnesium maybe some of that alpha keto gluterate stuff.

magnesium taurate/glycinate - 1g. 10k vit D. zinc. NAC+Glycine. TMG. taurine. acetyl-l-carnitine. beta alanine. citruline. creatine. pregnenolone 100mg. DHEA 25mg.
i used to take ubiquinol/coq10 but stopped due to lack of solid evidence+high price.

I was prescribed tadalafil but I found it gave me crazy hardons and heart palpitations, on TRT so I didn’t need it, I wasn’t aware it helped with the flow ?, I’m interested in your use of Asheaganda as well , I’m 58

Current Supplement on TRT stack:

No multi, as had sometime before, so I cycle them.
D3 - 2500iu/5000iu
C - 1000mg
Eggshell Calcium - 1000mg
Calcium D-Glucarate - 24mg
Super K - K1 and K2 Mk4 and Mk7 1500mcg, 1000mcg and 100mcg respectively.
Quarcetin - 500mg
Curcumin (2 diff ones) - 1500mg
CoQ-10 - 200mg
Arginine-Citrulline sustain - 1000mg
Taurine - 1000mg

Still can't find Magnesium that I tolerate and which works so don't run any at all. Also same with Omega3. Need solid product else they mostly all come rancid from what I have seen online. Looking to add NAC as well maybe some TUDCA. Also a quallity full-spectrum Vitamin E would be awesome but thats expensive so waiting for a good discount as I always hunt for good discounts and then try to get all or some of the supps I need. The list goes on as theres many more I would like to add but for now I think that is it.

how do you respond to 100mg of zinc? I think it helps my libido.
