What chemical do I need to make testicles drop? I think I have hypogonadism

I have zero use of my penis other than urination. My testicles are sucked up into me...is there any chemical that I can take specifically to make them drop and bring them to work normally again?

I took 1 dose of HCG and Eurigil each and it seemed to have zero effect.

It’s going to take more than one dose, more importantly you have to get on the right dose for anything to happen.
