What actually causes trimix sides effects?

Would like to know if the side effects of trimix that may occur are due to the actual medicine or simply using the needle into the penis?

I am able to use a very small amount of 2 units so was wondering if that helps to lessen the risk of sides.

For people that do use it, did/do you ever not use it and just use when you feel the need or everytime?

trimix has no side effects except priaprism if you inject too much and bruising if you are taking a blood thinner.

I have used trimix for over 10 years. The only side effect I have experienced is erections that have lasted much longer than I wanted.

Before starting trimix my erections were usually quite weak and disappointing. After my first use, I liked trimix so much that I have never since attempted sex without it. Astoundingly potent and totally reliable every single time. I have used it about 1000 times.
