Weird E2 problem?

So when my shbg was at 4, i felt great when e2 was 17-20...

Now my shbg is at 14, E2 at 17, i have symptoms of low e2. I tried and injected 10mg more extra test with my last shot, and I felt great for a few days. The problem isn't the extra test because my test numbers are decent already, free t is 24 on a range of 7 - 26

Any explanations for this?

I don't have an answer for that but I have a question, how in the heck did you triple your shbg? I like the double mine.
