Very low psa and dht

Hi
For several years now i have had a psa reading of less than 1 Ive also been on trt quite a long time too,

During that time i have taken lycopene daily.but its never really occurred to me til now , that there may be a connection.

Could there be a connection ? Is a reduction in dht just affecting the prostate.?The hair though is thinning but that could be hereditary?

Can you provide context for your question? Why are you worried about your psa level? What are your actual psa and DHT values? What were those readings at baseline, and when TRT was initiated? The details of your TRT protocol and how long you have been on it, along with your other lab work?

I really don't understand what you're trying to determine.

If you have lab results please attach, screen shot or post them, will generate some good discussion. The hairloss may indeed be genetic, and a PSA of <1 is very good, but need numbers on that DHT.
