Very High DHEA-S (824) concerned and confused

I began TRT 4 years ago. When I first got my bloods, it showed a DHEA-S level of around 650. My doctor wasn't concerned and I believe he said my adrenals were just healthy and working hard. He said it's a concern if they continue to go up. Overtime, they have fluctuated between 650 and 775. Recently, my bloods showed 824. This time he seemed concerned and ordered an ACTH Plasma test and a Saliva Cortisol test. Both came back normal.

I'm waiting to discuss these results this week but I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue and knows anything about it? Does normal coritsol levels mean something more serious going on? All high DHEA information online seems to be about females.
