Hi guys, i am new to this forum. I shared my condition and blood test results in another forum and they help me out as they could, now i would like to hear your comments on it (to get a better understanding)
Diagnosed hyperprolactinoma 9 years ago. Failed in treatment with dopamin agonists because i did not respond to drugs(both caber and bromo). For last two years i've stopped everything and lived like nothing was wrong until last month I wanted to deal with my condition and went to a hospital to get my blood test done. Interestingly, no endo had ordered my E2, Progesteron back then when i was seeing them. Here are the results two weeks ago; (PRL do not budge wheather i am on or off medication)
TSH: 1,0401 (0,35-4,94) uIU/mL
Free t3: 2,58 (1,71-3,71) pg/mL
Free t4: 0,84 (0,7-1.48) ng/dL
Prolactin: 31 (3,46-19.40) ng/mL
FSH: 1.9 (0,95-11.95) mIU/mL
LH: 2.43 (0.57-12.07)mIU/mL
Total T: 12,12(350pg/ml) (4,94-32.02)nmol/L
Estradiol :10,00 (11-44) pg/mL
And these are from last week;
Zinc: 103 (70-125)
vitamin D 25-hidroksivitamin D: 81 ng/mL
Vitamin B12: 634 pg/mL (197-771)
Progesteron : 0,08 ng/mL (0.20-1.40)
Estradiol E2 : ...<5 pg/mL (27.1-52.1) (ECLIA) (NOT SENSETIVE)
SHBG: 22 nmol/L (10-57)
Free T: 6 pg/mL (8,69-54.69)
Cortisol, Total : 12,7 (morning:5-25)
ACTH:51.7 pg/mL (0-46)
DHEA: 2,72 ng/mL (1,5-9)
With a suggestion of a member in other forum, i started Clomid 12.5 ED last week and switched to 12.5 EOD yesterday.
I am suspecting very very high stress levels ongoing since my childhood. It may have reached to some point that excessive amount of cortisol, as a body response to stress, may've been produced until my brain could not make it more to prevent from detrimental effects. As a result we see high ACTH, and a prolactin issue which is irreversible despite dopamin agonists using. My body may also have consumed my pregnenolone to meet the cortisol need so i am out of stock and that can be a sign of my low T, low E2 and low progesterone alongside of ruined dopamin and serotonine neurotransmitters thats why i ended up with high prolactin.
These are, of course, my own conclusions. It may all be wrong. I need your advises. Any comment on this will be appreciated. Thank you.
