It's been a while since I have posted because it took me forever to find a local doctor to help me stabilize. I am on a dose of 110mg (a little over 1/2cc) weekly. All my levels have stabilized (thyroid, hematocrit, hemoglobin, blood pressure..etc.) The issue is my total T right before injection was 511.

Here are my questions & dosage:

110mg-120mg every 7 days

Doctor will not let me inject twice weekly. So should I inject...

125mg every 7 days
110mg every 6 days
100mg (1/2cc) every 5 days

Will these levels affect my estrogen or hematocrit compared to my current dosage?

Labs as of 2 weeks ago...

Hemoglobin - 14.5
Hematocrit - 45.3
Platelet - 242
TSH - 1.7
Total Test @ 2 days - 1525
Total Test @ 7 days - 511
Estradiol - 24.1
D3 - 73

If that's what you're working with I don't think there's anything to be said beside find a new Dr. He's not treating you effectively or competently. If you stay with him and stick to this protocol, you're stuck with what you've got...a wild up and down rollercoaster every week.

yeah your results are not impressive if your doctors not willing to learn and work with you to optimize your health its time to go elsewhere IMHO

Well, that's what really matters.
But, if you feel the need to inject more frequently (which would drastically decrease the gap in those numbers from day 2 to day 7, you definitely have options.
There are several TRT specialists endorsed by this site.
I currently am with PrimeBody and have done extremely well with them.
Just make sure you are getting the best possible care you can in the end!

I feel ok. Much better than before.

Sean, is right - how you feel is the critical question. But let me add a thought. I was on a once a week protocol and did "feel better than before." But I had a wild drop over the course of a week, and my doctor urged an injection every 3.5 days. I, again, "better than before." Much better than I did on a weekly schedule; it was a great change. But...my levels were still surprisingly unstable, my E2 was climbing , and I went to injecting every day. Levels are stable and I feel fantastic.

My point? Certainly not to immediately start injecting every morning. I do urge you to consider smaller, frequent injections. For most men, they work. They work very well.
